Refunds Policy

By purchasing any of our online courses, you agree to our Refunds Policy.

At Security Team Training Ltd (trading as Security Blue Team), we value the satisfaction of our students and want to ensure that our courses meet their expectations and are right for their professional development. If a student has not started their course, they may request a full refund.

We highly recommend that students carefully review course information, syllabus and demo content before making a purchase to ensure that the course meets their needs and expectations.

Once a student has started their course by clicking 'Start Certification', they are no longer eligible for a refund under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to technical difficulties on the student's side, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the course content.

If you are eligible and wish to request a refund, please contact our support team as soon as possible via a support ticket through SBT Bot within our platform, or via email to studentsupport@securityblue.team. Once we have investigated that the course has not been started, we will remove the course and refunds will be processed as soon as possible to the card used for payment. It is not possible to process a refund to a different card or via bank transfer.

If a customer attempts a chargeback after they have started the course, Security Blue Team will provide evidence, including proof of this refunds policy, to resolve the claim in our favor. We reserve the right to pursue compensation.

If any action is taken against an account as per the 'Account Closure' section of our Terms of Use, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
