NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT AND GENERAL TERMS OF USE FOR THE BLUE TEAM LEVEL 1 (BTL1) CERTIFICATION EXAM

This exam is confidential and is protected by law, including but not limited to trade secret law and copyright law. It is made available to you, the examinee, solely for the purpose of becoming Blue Team Level 1 certified. You are expressly prohibited from disclosing, publishing, reproducing, or transmitting this exam, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, verbal or written, electronic or mechanical, for any purpose, without the prior express written permission of Security Team Training Ltd. Examinee attests that he/she is the person taking the exam(s) and that he/she has provided Security Team Training Ltd with current and accurate information in all registration and application paperwork related to the credential and corresponding exams.

Examinee understands and agrees that a breach of this Agreement, or the Blue Team Level 1 training course terms and conditions, which may include, but is not limited to, cheating and sharing information about the exams in any way with any third party, may result in Security Team Training Ltd taking punitive actions such as issuing a failing grade for the exam, banning the examinee from Security Blue Team training and certification programs, and in extreme instances, civil or criminal prosecution. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all of the covenants and agreements contained in this Agreement will survive indefinitely.

Examinee understands that the obligation not to use or disclose Confidential Information shall survive the completion of the examination period, for so long as the information has been classified by Security Team Training Ltd as Confidential Information. Examinee further understands that this Agreement extends to, and shall be binding upon, Applicant's heirs, successors and assigns.

By starting the BTL1 exam the examinee states they have read, understand, and agree to comply with all terms in this Agreement
