REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at Security Team Training Ltd, doing business as Security Blue Team (“Security Blue Team”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We are committed to offering the best services we can.

By purchasing any of our online courses, you agree to our Refunds Policy. This waives your right to claim a refund for any of our training courses. Due to the nature of our content, there is the possibility that it can be ‘scraped’ (a method of harvesting information so it can be reused for purposes not intended by its authors). Therefore to best protect our intellectual property, we do not offer refunds for any courses, at any point, unless our service is unavailable for an extended period of time (this timeframe is to be decided by us).

If any attempts are made to force a refund (PayPal claim, financial institution chargeback, etc) we will show evidence that you have agreed to this policy, and that you understand you are not eligible for a refund at any point (except the scenario stated above).
